  • Q. What is your terms of packing?

    Generally, we pack machines in unde and spare parts in carton.

  • Q. What is your terms of payment?

    T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

  • Q. What is your terms of delivery?

    EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

  • Q. How about your delivery time?

    Generally, most of items we keep stock for all season . it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. If we didn’t have stock ,the delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Normally 30 to 60 days .

     

  • Q. What is your sample policy?

    We can supply the sample if we have ready machines and parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.

  • Q. Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?

    Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

  • Q. How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

    1.Meet small quantity orders and seasonal orders by our sufficient safety stock.
